Hedry is proud to have supported New West End Company (NWEC) in preparing and launching its 2026–2031 Business Plan, The Future is West End — setting out a record £60 million investment to secure the district’s place as one of the world’s leading retail and leisure destinations.
The plan outlines how, over the next five years, NWEC will deliver improvements across Operations, Experience, Innovation and Advocacy, ensuring the West End continues to thrive as a world-class destination for businesses, visitors and Londoners alike.
Hedry worked closely with the NWEC team throughout the process, drafting the plan, developing campaign messaging, member communications and launch materials to support the publication of the plan and the formal ballot period that will run later this year.
The launch builds on NWEC’s track record of partnership with Westminster City Council, the Greater London Authority and the Metropolitan Police, alongside its 600 member businesses across Oxford Street, Regent Street and Bond Street.
The plan highlights continued investment in cleanliness, safety, sustainability and data-led insights, as well as NWEC’s ongoing advocacy on key national issues such as VAT-free shopping, business rates reform and Sunday trading flexibility.
The plan marks a major milestone for NWEC as it seeks a further five-year term, reaffirming its commitment to driving growth, enhancing the visitor experience and delivering tangible value for its members.
Hedry will continue to support NWEC throughout the ballot and delivery period, helping to communicate its impact and champion the collective voice of West End businesses.
