Pembridge Gardens Applications Submitted, Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea

Planning applications have now been submitted for the refurbishment and enhancement of 28–32 Pembridge Gardens in Kensington.

Hedry has supported SAV Group with all political and community engagement throughout this project.

The proposals will sensitively restore three listed buildings to provide high-quality student accommodation, with improvements to the heritage fabric, interiors and front boundaries — shaped by feedback from local residents and community groups.
