Hedry Appointed by JP Morgan Asset Management to Support 140 Aldersgate in the City of London
Hedry has been appointed by JP Morgan Asset Management to lead stakeholder engagement and consultation for plans to reposition 140 Aldersgate Street, a prominent office building in the City of London.
Located between Farringdon and the Barbican, the nine-storey building was acquired by JP Morgan Asset Management from Landsec and is set to undergo a significant refurbishment programme designed by Gensler, delivering best-in-class commercial workspace. A planning application is expected to be submitted in late spring 2026.
