Hedry has been appointed by Aviva Investors to lead all stakeholder engagement and consultation for plans to transform 35 New Broad Street, a landmark heritage building in the heart of the City of London.
Located within the New Broad Street Conservation Area, the building currently provides over 102,000 sq ft of office space and four retail units, sitting directly opposite Liverpool Street Station.
Aviva Investors is exploring opportunities to sensitively redevelop and enhance the site to create modern, sustainable workspace while celebrating its historic character.
Hedry will manage all community, political and stakeholder engagement for the project, ensuring local voices are heard and that proposals align with the City’s ambitions for sustainable growth and design excellence.
